Old Town is 15–20 minutes, and State Farm Stadium is roughly 35 minutes. Pool Heat (Optional): We offer pool heating at $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The heating system is propane allowing us to typically maintain low to mid 80s during even the coldest months. To add to your rental record, payment in full must be made at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Early Check-In / Late Checkout These are based on cleaner availability only and not guaranteed. Absolutely enjoyed this house while on vacation in Scottsdale. The pool was awesome to have, not to mention the pool table and corn hole, pickleball court. My group and I throughly enjoyed this house and probably spent at least half our time there while in Arizona. Highly recommend.

Spent three nights at Ross’s place and let me tell you this place lacks nothing, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to entertainment and let’s not talk about the outside pool and the barbecue area. It has everything necessary and more. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and only a short three minute drive from grocery stores and fast food places . I’m so glad I booked Ross’s place, I would definitely recommend it and I’d definitely book with him again when visiting Scottsdale.
