This Arcadia Lite 4,400 sqft home sits on a rare half-acre premium lot. Completely redesigned backyard combines fun and games with a south beach inspired pool & spa area. Recent enhancements include a new firepit, BBQ grill, garage converted game room, and a Pickleball/basketball sport court. soft and cozy mattresses and linens and 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom. Kids nook inside to separate from the main living area. Pool heat upon request ($100/day extra). Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Arcadia is known for it's very accessible centralized location. We are only minutes away from some of the best dining and nightlife accommodations Scottsdale has to offer. Oldtown is only a short Uber away. Downtown is 10 minutes away and the airport is 12 minutes away. The up-and-coming area of Biltmore is less than 10 minutes away from this house. Navigating the area is a breeze from this centrally located haven. Various transportation options provide convenient access to nearby attractions and beyond. Pool Heat (Optional): We offer pool heating at $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The heating system is gas powered allowing us to typically maintain low to mid 80s during even the coldest months. To add to your rental record, payment in full must be made at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Early Check-In / Late Checkout These are based on cleaner availability only and not guaranteed. This home is beautiful and in a fantastic location. It feels spacious inside and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the space. - All rugs in the home felt worn and dirty. There were stains on some of them and the weave was pulling apart. Others were really compressed down, which makes it seem like they haven't been washed in a long time. - The beds and linens were very clean. However, there were stains on the primary living room couch, one of the soft dining chairs, and all outdoor furniture. Sometimes stains are nothing and the object is clean (just has an old stain), but as a guest in an AirBnB, I can't tell if it is clean or not if it is stained. - The ice making machine was filled with mold and a nasty smell. None of these were make-or-break issues, but they did take away from the otherwise high-end feel of this space. I would still recommend this property to others.

This was a great space for our group! Pool and backyard were a big hit! Had a few issues, vanity light not working and some issues with one bathroom and plumbing. Ross did respond and sent a plumber out immediately! Overall a good stay!

Arcadia Oasis is a great property with an amazing backyard. Ross was easy to communicate with and helpful from booking through the end of the stay. The property is very well appointed and has everything you need for a fun Arizona stay. The location is central and there are tons of great restaurants/activities within a short distance.
