Paradise Valley is the premier luxury neighborhood in Arizona, known for privacy, expansive estates, and resort-level living. This property sits in a quiet enclave close to Camelback Mountain, Sanctuary Resort, and Scottsdale’s finest dining and shopping districts. It’s the ideal blend of exclusivity, convenience, and natural beauty. Pool Heat (Optional): We offer pool heating at $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The system will typically maintain low to mid-80s during most months. During the coldest part of the year (mid-December through January), overnight temperatures can cause the water to fall into the low 70s by morning. The heater will raise temperatures again during the day, but it will not remain at 85° around the clock. If this is important to you, we would recommend alternative properties. We do not provide refunds or credits for natural temperature fluctuation caused by cold desert nights. Early Check-In / Late Checkout These are based on cleaner availability only and are not guaranteed. Fee: $125 each Property Access For security and privacy reasons, the exact address is released 4 days prior to arrival. Service Providers schedule The property requires weekly professional servicing: Pool, Spa, and Landscape maintenance occurs Tuesday & Wednesday. These visits are exterior only and do not require guest interaction. This is an absolutely FANTASTIC property. A perfect place for a guys golf trip. The music speakers, TVs, pool, game room (including golf sim and Golden Tee) provided such a fun environment with plenty of room to sleep. The pictures of Ross’s property, which enticed me and my crew in the first place, still didn’t do the full justice. The house is stunning with lots of open spaces, which nicely accommodates groups. It’s a quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale as well as plenty of local restaurants (we were able to walk to Hash Kitchen). That said, the between the pool, movie theatre, and game room (never seen anything like it at an Airbnb) there’s plenty of reason to stay at the house. Ross was easy to communicate with and able to accommodate an early check-in, and his team were welcoming and excited for us as we arrived. Highly recommend to anyone interested!

Overall great home. Family of 14, with littles… Had 2 challenges (Kitchen fridge was out of service and 2 guest rooms AC units weren’t working ) from the moment we arrived that knocked this down to 4 instead of 5 stars but Ross was very responsive and had the fridge fixed by our last day and had temporary ac units brought in the last few days as well. The pool and home layout was amazing. The extra amenities in the garage and the home theater areas were a huge hit for our family of 14!
